Use It Cold: 

Keep the eye pillow in the fridge. When you want a cool treat for your eyes, remove the eye pillow from the fridge, lay back, and set the eye pillow on your closed eyes.

Use It Warm:

  1. If desired, slightly moisten the eye pillow.
  2. Heat the eye pillow in the microwave using short bursts (15 - 25 seconds), until the eye pillow has reached your desired temperature. BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERHEAT.
  3. Test the temperature of the eye pillow on your inner wrist.
  4. Lay back and set the eye pillow on your closed eyes. Relax and enjoy!
