Refund policy

At Bubbly Ducky, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every product. Because of the nature of many of our items, we have the following return guidelines:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Bath and skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
• Tools and accessories (including eye masks, bath sponges, etc.)
• Food items
• All vendor products (regardless of category)
• Clearance items
• Any items sold at 30% off or greater from the original price

Eligible Returns
The following items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt:

• Pajamas
• Gift items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• In original, saleable condition
• With all tags and packaging attached
